Mayawati takes steps to reexamine backing to Cong govt in MP

BSP boss Mayawati on Tuesday took steps to “reevaluate” proceeding with help to the Kamal Nath-drove government in Madhya Pradesh after her gathering competitor from Guna Lok Sabha situate joined the Congress.

BSP hopeful from Guna, Lokendra Singh Rajput, joined the Congress on Monday evening and stretched out his help to Guna’s sitting MP and Congress competitor Jyotiraditya Scindia.

Responding to it, Mayawati on her official Twitter handle stated, “The Congress isn’t behind of BJP in abusing the administration hardware. The Congress has threatened the BSP applicant from Guna in MP to pull back from the quarrel.”

“In any case, the BSP would answer by challenging the races without anyone else image and furthermore reevaluate the continuation of help to the Congress government,” she tweeted in Hindi.

In the most recent year’s state Assembly surveys, the Congress rose as the single biggest gathering in the 230-part House with 114 seats, two shies of the basic lion’s share mark.

It framed the administration with the help of two administrators of the BSP, one MLA of the Samajwadi Party and four Independents.

The BJP won 109 seats in the state surveys.
