बीएसपी ने ग्वालियर की पहाड़ी सीट पर भी कांग्रेस को तीसरे नंबर पर धकेल दिया था। उसे करीब 49,000 वोट मिले थे। यह सीट भी बीजेपी ने ही जीती थी। बीएसपी को इस क्षेत्र की सभी सीटों पर अच्छी-खासी संख्या में वोट मिले थे। अगर बीएसपी और कांग्रेस के वोट मिला दिए जाएं तो 16 में से 13 सीटों पर उन्हें बढ़त हासिल थी।
