Akhilesh terms Scheduled Tribe understudy’s suicide as the homicide of Constitution
Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav has said that the passing of Payal Salman Tadvi, a restorative understudy in Mumbai, was really “murder of the established security given to the Scheduled Tribes”.

Akhilesh Yadav tweeted that the “suicide of the splendid Dr. Payal Tadvi having a place with the Scheduled Tribal people group is a consequence of remarks against her station and the booking framework”.
“This is an instance of homicide. It is a homicide of the assurance given by the Constitution. Is this the bearing the nation is going towards?”
Payal Tadvi, 23, was a postgraduate understudy at the Nair Hospital in Mumbai.
She purportedly ended it all on May 22 following badgering because of three senior specialists.
The Maharashtra State Commission for Women has issued a notice to Dean of the BYL Nair Hospital, looking for a report on the move made for the situation.
Her mom Abeda Tadvi had claimed that three senior specialists – Hema Ahuja, Bhakti Mehar, and Ankita Khandelwal – determinedly tormented her little girl, which brought about her making the extraordinary stride.
“My girl let me know on the telephone a few times that these three senior specialists would torment her since she had a place with an ancestral network. They would utilize casteist words against her. All we need is equity for my little girl,” she told a news office.
